Quality Care Residential Home is a small, personal assisted living home in Goose Creek, SC — just 30 minutes from Charleston. With 29 residents and a close-knit team who know every face and every name, we offer the kind of care that larger facilities simply can’t provide.
With just 29 residents, our staff know your loved one — their routines, their preferences, the stories they like to tell. There are no strangers here, only neighbours and friends.
Quality care shouldn’t only be available to those who can afford premium prices. Our all-inclusive rates start from $3,000 per month — built for families who need a dignified, comfortable option.
Our in-house physician visits regularly and stays in contact with your loved one’s existing care team. On-site therapists in OT, PT, and Speech work to each resident’s individual goals.
Residents sit down to freshly prepared meals daily. Good food shared together is at the heart of what makes Quality Care feel like home rather than a facility.
From daily activities and on-site hair salon services to seasonal events, life at Quality Care is active and engaged. We believe residents should look forward to each day, not just get through it.
We welcome residents on hospice care and work closely with hospice providers to ensure comfort, dignity, and compassionate support for both residents and their families through every stage.
Quality Care Residential Home offers respite care for families who need a short-term solution — whether you’re a caregiver who needs a break, recovering from a procedure, or simply exploring whether residential care is the right fit. Your loved one receives the same attentive, personalised care as our long-term residents.
My mother has lived at Quality Care for a year and a half. She has actually improved from where she previously resided. The staff is attentive and caring — the director meets with residents to hear their suggestions. They have gone out of their way to make sure my mother is comfortable and well taken care of. That gives our family great peace of mind.
You can see that the staff truly cares about the residents. They are treated with dignity and respect. The facility was very clean with no odors. I arrived at lunch time and the meal looked great. The Administrator is very professional and explained everything in detail. Update: my mom has been here 2 months now and she loves it!
My grandfather moved in about a month ago and it was a very hard decision for my family. I am happy to say he is very happy — it’s a huge relief. This facility has the most caring staff who treat him with dignity and respect. I highly recommend Quality Care for anyone who needs a higher level of care.
The best way to understand what makes Quality Care different is to come and see it for yourself. Whether you’re just beginning to explore options or ready to make a decision, our door is always open. There’s no pressure — just a warm welcome.
